This article explains how to send customer notifications in bulk from the Manifests screen in SolBox.
From the left-hand menu, select Manifests
Use the search or date range filters to locate the required manifests
Select one or more manifests using the checkbox on the left
Bulk notifications are commonly used when:
Sending delivery notifications for multiple manifests
Notifying customers of scheduled or same-day deliveries
Re-sending notifications after route, date, or ETA changes
Informing customers before drivers depart
Select the required manifest(s) from the list
Click Notify at the top of the screen
The Send Notifications window will appear
Choose how you want to notify customers:
Send SMS notifications
Send Email notifications
Click Send to confirm
Notifications will be sent to all customers linked to the orders within the selected manifests.
Depending on your account configuration, customers may receive:
SMS and/or email delivery notifications
Delivery tracking links
Delivery date or ETA information
You can select multiple manifests at once
Use Select all manifests to notify all manifests in the filtered list
Use Clear selection to remove all selected manifests
