How to Move Orders to a New Position in the Manifest Module

The "Move to New Position" feature allows you to easily change the order sequence without the hassle of dragging and potentially losing your place, especially when managing large lists of orders. 

Steps to Move an Order to a New Position:

1. Go to the Manifest Module:

Navigate to the Manifest Module        

 2. Click on the Manifest Order Number or Run Name:

  Once in the Manifest, click on either the Manifest order number or the Run name to open the list of orders.

     

   3. Find the Specific Order:

    In the list of orders, locate the specific order number you want to move.

4. Access the Options Menu

For the order you want to move, click on the three dots.

5. Select "Move to New Position"

6. Enter the New Sequence Position

A box will appear asking for the new sequence position of the order. Enter the desired position number. After entering the new position, click the blue "Move" button

7. Save the new sequence.

Why Use the "Move to New Position" Feature?

While the drag-and-drop method still works, it can be less efficient when dealing with large order lists. The "Move to New Position" feature is designed to make order management faster and more precise. This feature makes it easier to change the order sequence without the risk of losing your place, which can happen when dragging orders manually, especially when managing more than 10 orders.
