Editing Manifest Times

This article explains how to edit or adjust manifest times to accommodate changes in delivery times and customer time windows.


Modifying The Manifest Time

1. Open the Manifest
Go to the Manifests tab and select the manifest you want to edit.

2. Click “Edit Manifest”
At the bottom of the screen, click Edit Manifest to open the modification options.

3. Open Modify Manifest Window
A pop-up window titled Modify Manifest will appear.

4. Adjust the Times
Under Start Manifest Time and End Manifest Time, update the times as needed.
Optionally, tick Apply driver’s shift time to manifest if you want the manifest to match the driver’s shift.

5. Review Other Details
Confirm the Manifest Name, Date, Assigned Driver, and Assigned Vehicle are correct.

6. Save Changes
Click Save to apply your updates.





Editing Order Time Windows in Bulk

You can update pickup and delivery time windows for multiple orders at once using the Bulk Order Update option.

1. Open the desired Manifest.

2. Click Bulk order update at the bottom of the screen.

3. In the Bulk Order Update window, enter new times for:
Pickup Earliest / Latest Time
Pickup Service Time
Delivery Earliest / Latest Time
Delivery Service Time

4. Click Update to apply the changes to all selected orders.
