Enabling Cash Received on The Driver App
This article explains how to enable the Received Cash field on the driver's app, allowing drivers to record cash payments during deliveries.
1. Go to Settings menu and select DEVICE OPTIONS column.
2. Under the list of options, tick the box for Allow Driver Cash Received and click Save Changes.
3. A green pop-up confirmation will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.

After the driver enters the cash received amount and completes the delivery, the amount paid will be displayed on the delivered order.
