Enabling Fresho Integration

Fresho, an innovative platform, redefines how businesses handle inventory, procurement, and distribution. SolBox seamlessly integrates with Fresho, facilitating smooth collaboration between the two platforms.

Instructions on how to set up integration with Fresho.

  1. Select Settings menu
  2. Click on INTEGRATION tab
  3. Scroll down and tick Fresho


Configuring Integration Settings

Enter the following:
Username: Fresho username
Password: Fresho password
Folder:
 folder location details need to be requested from either SolBox here or your Fresho representative



Fresho Integration Update:

Previously, importing Fresho orders was a process that required waiting for the system to import all the orders. Now, we've simplified this and all it takes is a single click on the Import button in the upper right corner to seamlessly import orders into the system.



With our latest update, a small dialog box will conveniently pop-up in the lower right corner. This box will not only show the progress of the import but also provide a list of orders that have been successfully imported into the system, giving full control and visibility.



Once the system has successfully imported all the orders, you'll be notified with a reassuring green check circle icon. This way, you can be confident that the process is complete.
