Fixing First and Last Orders in a Manifest Sequence
This article explains how to lock the first and last orders in a manifest sequence. This is useful when you want to prioritise certain customers at the start or end of a run, while still letting the system optimise the stops in between
- Go to the Manifest menu and select a run.
- From the left-hand menu, click Manifests. This will open a list of available manifests.
- Select a run to view or edit.
- A list of orders will appear in the selected manifest. Drag and drop orders to the top or bottom of the run as needed. Use the lock icon on the right side of each order to keep them in place.
Locked orders will not be moved when the route is optimised.

Locking Rules
- Orders may be unlocked at any time to allow reordering before being locked again.
- Only orders at the beginning (top-down) or end (bottom-up) of the run may be locked.
- Orders in the middle of the run cannot be locked, as locking is intended to prioritise just the first and last stops—enabling the system to optimise the rest of the route efficiently.
