How Drivers Can Mark Items as Returned in the Driver App
This guide explains how drivers can mark items as returned using the SolBox Driver App. Once marked, the returned item will reflect on the Admin (Web) App, making it easier for dispatchers and support staff to track returns in real time.
This feature ensures that all returns are properly logged and visible to back-office staff in real time, helping streamline communication and inventory management.
Steps for Drivers: Marking an Item as Returned

Open the SolBox Driver App.
Log in and locate the job you are working on.

Start the order.
Tap on the job to begin the delivery process.

Go to the items list.
Scroll to the item that needs to be returned.

Mark the item as returned.

Continue with the delivery as usual.
The return is now recorded and will be visible to Admin users.
How It Appears in the Admin (Web) App

Login to the SolBox Web App.

Find the relevant order.
Returned items will be flagged with a "Returned" icon in the job view.

Click the order to open it.

Navigate to the Items tab.
Here, you'll see the returned items clearly listed along with their quantities.
