How to Import from Ordermentum

How to Import from Ordermentum

Follow instructions on how setup Ordermentum integration here:  

1. Go to ORDERS menu and on the top right click on Import and select Import from Ordermentum



2. If you wish to automatically create a manifest during the import, tick Create Manifests during import then choose the run tag that corresponds with Ordermentum.
The property tag that was indicated on the integration settings will search, filter and display from Ordermentum live in this drop down.
If you would like to just import orders without creating a manifest during the process then leave the box unticked.
Select the dates to be imported and click on Start import.



Once import has started, it may take a few minutes depending on the amount of orders being pulled through.

Allow the system to complete the import before closing the pop-up window.


3. Once the import has been completed, on the bottom you will see Done.. then click on Close. 


The orders will appear on the system under ORDERS menu.
