How to Reset Your Password in the SolBox Drivers App
Steps to Reset Your Password
Open the SolBox Drivers App
Launch the app on your mobile device.Tap on “Forgot Password?”
On the login screen, you’ll see a “Forgot Password?” just below the Login button. Tap it.Enter Your Registered Email Address
Type in the email address associated with your SolBox driver account.Please note: Your username should be your email address, as the password reset link will be sent to that email. You can ask your Admin for assistance in case the username is not your email address.
Check Your Email
You'll receive an email from SolBox with a password reset link. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.Create a New Password
Enter a new password that meets the security requirements, then confirm it.Return to the App and Log In
Go back to the SolBox Drivers App and log in with your new password.
