How to use the SolBox Dashboard

Dashboard

The dashboard is an overview of your operations. The Dashboard is used to
  1. View live the location of drivers
  2. View multiple manifests in one view, on a map
  3. Drag and drop unassigned/assigned orders to new or existing manifests
  4. Assign and/or change manifests to drivers/vehicles
  5. Change the name of a manifest 'edit'
  6. Add new orders and import the SolBox spreadsheet order template
  7. View different order status and type on any selected dates


The Dashboard consists of the following major components: Dashboard summary info, Unassigned orders, Manifests which will be filtered by the filters control at the bottom of the dashboard.


Dashboard summary info

It is summary information where you can see the overview of your jobs

Orders

  1. Unassigned orders = new orders or orders that hasn't been assigned to any manifest yet.
You can see unassigned orders on the right side of the dashboard.

  1. Assigned pending = orders that have been assigned to manifests but haven't finished yet.
You can see pending orders in the manifest on the right side of the dashboard.
You can also see other statuses in here too.

  1. Enroute = Orders that are enroute in all manifests of the day. 
  2. Completed = Orders that have been completed in all manifests of the day.
  3. Cancelled = Orders that have been cancelled in all manifests of the day. Drivers can cancel orders from their apps.
  4. Delayed = Orders that have not been finished on schedule time.

Manifests

  1. Total/Completed=total manifests of the day/completed manifests of the day

Drivers

  1. Online = The amount of drivers that currently are using Solbox driver app less than 5 minutes ago.
  2. Today = The amount of drivers that use Solbox driver app today (less than 8 hours ago).
  3. Offline = The amount of drivers that are offline or used the app more than 8 hours ago.

Unassigned orders

On the right side of Dashboard, you can see Unassigned orders section which contains orders that haven't been assigned to any manifest yet.


If you hover over unassigned orders, you can click the blue "i" icon to see more information.


You can click  to open new window of the orders menu for the selected order. 

Allocate all

You can allocate all unassigned orders to "Auto-optimize"

Or you can allocate all unassigned orders to "Manually allocate" as show below


The 'kebab' (three vertical dots)

Once you click the three dots, it will show drop down of:
  1. "New order": Please see New orders > Manually add each order > Add new order from Dashboard.
  2. "Imports"
    1. "Import XLS/CSV file": Please see How to import Excel file.
    2. "Import from JIWA": this only appears when you set up on the "Settings"  > "INTEGRATION" menu. Please see Settings for more information.


Manifest

This section allows you to work with manifests.
  1. Create new manifest by "Drop orders here to create a manifest"

You can select one or multiple unassigned orders from "Unassigned orders" or map then drags them to the "Drop orders here to create a manifest" box.

  1. Add orders to an existing manifest

You can select unassigned orders and drag them to an existing manifest down the bottom of Manifests section.

  1. Manage a manifest

    1. Optimisation - you can optimise route here for each manifest.

    1. Edit - You can edit manifest's name and assign vehicle and vehicle here.

    1. Change orders sequence/remove from a manifest


Filters

Filters are located at the bottom of the dashboard as below.


You can select what to display on the dashboard by selecting filters which are:
  1. Unassigned orders

Unassigned orders filter is using to control "Unassinged orders" section which locates on the top right of the dashboard. You can select multiple unassigned orders to be displated so it is easier to select them to create new manifest or add to an existing manifest. You only see where the selected unassigned orders are on the map.
There are 4 types of unassigned orders that you can select:
    1. Delivery 
    2. Pickup
    3. Service
    4. Pickup-delivery


  1. Manifests

Manifest filter is using to control "Manifest" section which locates on the bottom right of the dashboard. You can select multiple manifests' status to be displayed.
There are 3 types of manifests:
  1. Pending - There are remaining orders in the manifest.
  2. In progress - There is currently an enroute order in the manifest.
  3. Completed - All orders in the manifest are completed.

  1. Vehicles

Vehicles filter allows you to see vehicles on the map.
    1. Enroute vehicles - vehicles that are currently running orders.
    2. Other vehicles

  1. Date

You can pick the date of the manifest you want to see on the dashboard.


Auto updates

If you enable an auto update, the manifest status will get updated every 5 seconds.


Map

They are 2 types of map that you can choose on the right bottom of the map.
  1. Grey Map (Default)
  2. Color Map


You can click "+" to zoom the map in or click "-" to zoom out. 


Welcome Tour

If you want to turn a welcome tour on again, you can click "?".
