Once the integration with Ordermentum is set up, orders can be imported with just a few clicks.

Please ensure that the delivery dates of the orders are entered in Ordermentum.
The steps for importing orders from Ordermentum are as follows:
1. Go to the Orders menu, click the Import button on the top left section of the page and select "Import from Ordermentum" from the dropdown.
2. A pop-up window will appear where you have the option to import orders, individually, or to pull runs from 'Properties' that has been created in OrderMentum. This will build runs in SolBox automatically which are then ready for routing optimisation etc.
3. After selecting the range of dates, click on Start Import.
To automatically create a manifest during the import, tick Create Manifests during import then choose the run tag that corresponds with Ordermentum.

When selecting the 'Create Manifests during import' box, this will pull orders and customers from the assigned properties in Ordermentum.
Once the import starts, orders will pull through.
4. When the import is complete, "Done" will appear at the bottom. Close the pop-up window once all orders are imported.
The orders will be listed in the ORDERS menu.
