Importing Orders (Integration)

Overview

The Import from the Integration feature allows users to automatically import orders directly from an integrated system. This saves time by eliminating the need to upload manual spreadsheets or create orders individually.

Navigation Path

How to access: Orders > Import > Import from (ERP)

Steps to Import Orders via Integration

  1. Go to the Orders page from the main menu.

  2. Click the Import dropdown button on the upper right side of the page.

  3. Select Import from (ERP)

  4. The system will automatically fetch and import orders from the connected ERP account.

  5. Once complete, the imported orders will appear in the Orders list.

Notes

  • Integration setup with ERP must be completed beforehand for the import to work.

  • If no new orders appear, check the integration settings or verify if orders are available for import.
