Importing Orders Using Spreadsheet

Overview

The Import feature on the Orders page allows users to create multiple orders at once by uploading an Excel (XLS) import file. This is useful for bulk order creation instead of adding each order manually.

How to access: Orders > Import > Import XLS file

Steps to Import Orders

1. Go to the Orders page from the main menu.
   

2. Click the Import dropdown button on the upper right side of the page.
   

3. Select Import XLS file from the dropdown options.
   

4. Upload your prepared SolBox Import Sheet from your computer.
   

   • Ensure the file follows the required template format.
     

   • Each order row should contain all mandatory details such as Customer, Address, Date,  etc.
     

5. Once uploaded, the system will process and display the imported orders in the list.

    
   

   
   

Notes

• You can download or request the SolBox Import Sheet template if you don’t have it yet.
  

• If an import fails, check for missing or incorrect data in your spreadsheet (for example, invalid date or missing customer info).
  

• Imported orders will appear under the selected filters once successfully processed.
