Moving Orders Between Manifests

Moving Orders Between Manifests

This guide explains how to move orders from one Manifest to another. This can be useful for reassigning deliveries to different drivers or making adjustments between Manifests.

Moving an Order from the Live Map

1. Go to the Live Map section and identify the order to be moved from the manifest timeline.

2. Click and drag the order to the new manifest row.Release the order into the target manifest.

3. Release the order into the target manifest.

The system will recalculate and a green confirmation pop-up will appear confirming the transfer.

The manifests will update automatically to reflect the new assignment. The map will also visually display the updated allocation. The same drag-and-drop action can be used to move orders between manifests and within order sequences in a manifest.

Moving an Order from the Orders section

Allocated orders will display the manifest they are assigned to under the Manifest column.
1. Go to the Orders menu and select the checkbox for the order to be reallocated.

2. Click on "Allocate to a Manifest" button

2. 2. A pop-up prompt will appear. Select the manifest to move the order to, then click Link with override.

After linking, the order will be allocated to the selected manifest.

Moving an Order from the Manifest menu

Orders can also be unlinked from a manifest through the manifest list view.
1. In the Manifest menu, select the Manifest that contains the order you want to move (e.g. the image below shows a Manifest named West with four orders allocated to it).

2. Find the order in the list, then click the three dots next to its status. From the dropdown menu, select Unlink to remove the order from the Manifest.

After clicking Unlink, the order will disappear from the list of orders.

3. Click Save Changes.

4. Click the Manifest menu or return to the list of Manifests, then select the Manifest to which the unlinked order will be moved (e.g. the image below shows a Manifest named Harbour with two orders allocated to it).

5. Click on Attach an Order and type down the name of the unlinked order using the customer's name or the order number.

6. Select the order from the dropdown search results, and it will be attached to the list.

7. Once the order is attached, click Save Changes.
