Quick Tip: Driver Marked All Jobs as Delivered, But Web App Isn’t Updating
If the driver has completed all deliveries but the web app isn’t reflecting the updates, try these steps before escalating the issue:
Troubleshooting Steps:
Restart the mobile device - A simple reboot can refresh the app and background processes.
Log out and log back into the driver app - This can help re-establish connection with the server.
Check if the driver app is up to date - Go to the App Store or Google Play to make sure the latest version is installed.
Send a report from the driver’s app - Use the in-app report feature to send report manually. This can help push any unsynced activity or monitor what is the activity of the device.
Still not updating? Let us know. - If none of the above work, report the issue to Support with the driver’s name, date, and run number so we can investigate further.
