Reporting a Problem via the Driver App


1. Log in to the app, then tap the cog icon to access the app Settings menu.





2. In the Driver App settings, tap the Online icon located in the top right section.





3. You will be taken to the Sync Status screen. Tap the REPORT A PROBLEM button.





4. A pop-up window will appear. Enter the details of the issue, including what happened, the time it occurred, and the relevant order or manifest. Then tap SEND to submit the report.






The report will be forwarded to our backend team for review and investigation.
