How to regenerate signatures if they are not displaying on the Proof of Delivery PDF file.

If for some reason the signature is not appearing on consignment notes.

 

Remove the characters "deliver.link" in the beginning of the link and the long numbers at the end of the last forward slash "/"

 

After removing "driver.link" at the front and the long number at the end

Replace the words ''GetConsPDF" with ''GenConsPDF" 

Take note of the difference from Get to Gen

Put "SmartMove.solbox.it/" in place of "driver.link"

Hit Enter

A copy of the POD will be rendered with signature displayed.
