Time Windows

Time windows are created on individual orders, via an API import, or a part of an order spreadsheet import, alternatively the user can do a global change for all pickup and delivery order in the system settings. From the settings the user can select a standard time window for all Pickup and Delivery orders. 

How to change time windows after created/imported orders

1. Go to Orders:

2. Search orders / editing the filter to find orders you want


3. Click into the order you want to edit


4. Edit time windows. The Service Time is how long a driver/vehicle would stay onsite at a customer location on average per order.


Global Change for all pickup and delivery order in the system settings

1. Go to Setting:

2. Click "Orders" tab and select "Use System Times"
Use system (or client) default times for pickup and delivery, when importing orders. The time windows in orders will be ignored.


3. You can set up the default pickup and delivery time as below.

4. Click "Save Changes"
