Vehicle Location

The Vehicle Location section shows the most recent position of the selected vehicle on the map. The map displays the vehicle’s known location based on the driver app and the device’s GPS position from when it was last online.


Viewing a Vehicle’s Location

1. Go to Vehicles in the left-hand menu and select the vehicle you want to view.
2. Under the General tab, the map on the right displays the vehicle’s current or last-reported location.
Idea
You can zoom and pan the map to explore nearby areas, streets, and landmarks, and switch between map views such as satellite and standard.



Alert
If the vehicle’s location does not appear accurate, the driver may still have the app open after parking. In this case, the system records the driver app’s last known location rather than the vehicle’s last GPS position.
Idea
It’s good practice for drivers, after completing all runs and once they are back at the depot, to close the app before exiting the vehicle, ensuring the vehicle’s last location is recorded correctly.
