How to use the SolBox Driver App

Overview:

This article will help you navigate within the driver app, do the prestart checks and complete each job, and what the run looks like on the admin side while the driver is on the road doing the jobs.

Notes

If the driver does not have the app yet, please click here to install.

If the account does not have a driver yet, please click here to see the instructions on how to add a driver.

  1. Log in to the driver app.
  2. Here's the video on how to complete the prestart checks and each job.


Logging in 

  1. Open the SolBox Driver App.
  2. Enter your Account name, Username, and Password.
Example:
Account name: Solid Steele
Username: Johns
Password: 12345

Tap Login.


If you forget your password, tap Forgot Password? to reset it.

Home Screen

After logging in, you’ll see two main options:
  1. Checks – complete pre-start checks before starting a run.
  2. Orders – access your assigned manifests and deliveries.

Assigned Manifests

1. Tap Orders to view today’s assigned manifests.
2. Select a manifest (e.g., Run #1) to view the list of orders.
3. You’ll see details such as:
  1. Customer name and address
  2. Delivery window
  3. Distance and estimated travel time

Viewing and Completing Orders

1. Select an order from the list to view details.
2. Information includes:
  1. Date and time
  2. Location and recipient
  3. Distance from your current location
3. Tap the navigation icon to open maps for directions.

Completing Orders

1. Once you arrive at the location, open the order in the app.
2. Tap Start to begin the delivery process.
3. When the delivery is finished, confirm completion in the app.
  1. If the delivery cannot be made, select Futile Order instead.


Alert
⚠️ Note: Ensure that Location Permissions are set to “Allow all the time” for optimized routing and ETA updates.

Staying Online

The app must remain online (as indicated in the top-right corner) to ensure updates sync correctly with the platform.

In the Vehicles module, the admin user can view the check status.

Additionally, the admin has real-time visibility into each job's status.
