This article contains information on how to do the SolBox and Unleashed integration.
The customer should setup the SolBox User on their unleashed test account. We use Theo’s email: theo@solbox.it as partner user. We can send the instruction How to Add a Partner User to an Unleashed Account to the customer as guide on how to do it. Once completed, Theo can provide the Unleashed API access key and ID.
Standard integration: pulling orders in "SolBox" order status (Sales Orders). Theo can add "SolBox" order status in Unleashed. In some cases, the customer prefers to pull orders with other status like Invoice orders only (Invoiced Orders). It should be well communicated with the Sales team, back-end and NeoNetwork to adjust the configuration.
Ensure that the customer SolBox account has API User and tick all the necessary permissions for the integration to work.

The customer SolBox account must be completely ready before starting the integration. All necessary account modules are ticked. Ensure that the account is not in trial period. Has customer admin user and login details has been shared through secured password.
Normally, the customer can run the wizard to connect and will put in their email address. For this article, a unique email address has been created for authentication. The code was sent to SolBox support email, may also check junk folder.
In the account Settings, go to Integrations Tab and click Add Integration. Select Unleashed in the Integration Options. Click Continue.
Click the SEND VERIFICATION CODE.
Put the verification code and click VERIFY. Once verified, CREATE ACCOUNT button will show up then click.
Then the authentication details will display. It says that the API key works within the account Fresh n Frozen on the API User. Next, click AUTHENTICATE. Once authentication is complete, click the CONTINUE TO THE NEXT STEP.
Add the API id and the API Key. Ensure that there are no spaces then click AUTHENTICATE. Once authentication is complete, click the CONTINUE TO THE NEXT STEP.
Process complete!
Check the customer SolBox account to ensure all is good. You may refresh the page for the latest update. Go to the account Settings, then Integration tab to see UNLEASHED has been added and ticked. It means, it is now ACTIVE.
