Creating, Editing, and Removing a Vehicle
This article explains how to create a new vehicle, edit an existing one, and remove a vehicle from your SmartMove account.
How to Create a Vehicle
1. Go to Vehicles from the left menu.
2. Click New Vehicle in the top-right corner.
3. Enter the vehicle details (name/rego, rate per km, description).
The vehicle name is the only required field.
To calculate cost per km, multiply your fuel price by your vehicle’s fuel use (L/100km ÷ 100).
4. Click Save.
The new vehicle will appear in the list.
How to Edit or Delete a Vehicle
1. In the Vehicles menu, click the vehicle you want to update and make the changes.
2. To edit, update the fields as needed and click Save Changes.
3. To delete, click Delete Vehicle and confirm the removal.
A confirmation message will appear once the vehicle has been successfully deleted.
