Customer Feedback via Tracking Link
SolBox makes it easy for your customers to share their delivery experience through the tracking link. Feedback submitted is then visible on your Management Dashboard to help you monitor and improve customer satisfaction.
Navigate to the Orders section from your SolBox sidebar. Choose an order marked as Delivered.
Click on the Tracking Link associated with that order.
On the tracking page, scroll to the middle of the screen.
You'll find the Feedback Section where customers can:
