Settings

Platform Settings allow for admin users to add/change company details, including, logo, name, address and contact information which is displayed on the proof of delivery consignment document that is potentially sent to clients.

The order tab in settings allows for different features to be switched on and off with in the SolBox platform.

Loads configuration is a tracking mechanism for orders and can be customised to any business need, that requires the movement of items on/off each of their orders. For example, as seen below, this example shows the use of pallets on an order, and the need to track the amount of pallets that were expected, and the amount of pallets that were picked up at the time of the driver arriving on site to complete this order. The other option is pallets that were dropped off and then pallets that were picked up. This will keep a running tally of how many pallets have been left at the customer site, to manage loss prevention, Loads configuration is a great feature that has the ability to track and manage many forms of loads. The video below explains this further.

The attribute setting allows the users to assign new attributes to orders, and that attribute to be assigned to certain vehicles. Vehicles with that attribute will only be able to complete the orders selected with that attributes.

The integration page requires specific integration builds and professional services to set up. Please reach out to SolBox Support to connect any platform you see here or any that you would like to use, SolBox has over 40 different integrations available

The route optimisation page has been designed to have the depot primary site address changed from here any time, as well as the ability to ad breaks for drivers and change the way the export is viewed, these features are available on the premium plan and would require help from SolBox Support.
