Release v2.36 (31st July 2025)


New Features

  1. Lock Orders (Priority Orders) - The ability to lock an Order at the start and/or the end of the manifest to prioritise them. You can then Optimise the Manifest and the system will Optimise around the locked orders with the most efficient route.

  2. Unit of Measure  - Additional Unit of Measure (UOM) field has been added to Items.
    1. Unit of Measure added to the mobile application.
  3. Inventory Items - You can now search Inventory Items by the Item Code.
  4. Ability to send the Total Price of an Item line has been added to the API.

Ordermentum Integration

  1. New Automatic Import using Webhooks
    1. When registered on your account, orders will automatically flow through to SolBox SmartMove instead of having to import the Orders manually.
    2. Orders will update in SolBox SmartMove automatically when updated in Ordermentum.
    3. To register for auto-import, navigate to the Integration Settings in SolBox SmartMove.

Improvements to existing features

  1. All Orders Report
    1. Cash taken by drivers is now included in the All Orders report which can be exported to an excel file for ease of visibility.
    2. Last Modified Date has been added to the all orders report - showing the last Date/Time an order has been modified.

Bug fixes

  1. Pickup and Delivery date change - If a Pickup date is change the Delivery date is now synchronised.
  2. Pickup-Delivery orders now require both Pickup and Delivery information to be complete before saving
  3. Default Order Notes from Customer Card flow into Order Notes regardless of integration.
  4. Order Payer notification details are maintained when new customer is selected.
  5. LiveMap - When a new Manifest is created with Unassigned Orders, orders will now show in timeline without refreshing the browser.
  6. Correct ETA displayed on Live Map Orders pop-up.
  7. Prestart Report Date filter now showing correct corresponding days.
  8. Various other bug fixes.

New Features

  1. Manifest - Actual Route calculation now displayed.
  2. When Telematics integration with SmartMove fails an error is now shown.
  3. Manifest Summary reports now state format of report (pdf or xls).
  4. Inventory Management 
    1. When adding a new Order Item, we now allow pre-filling information from existing inventory items in the account.
    2. Add / Update / Search by id / Delete Inventory Items functionality through protected endpoints.

Improvements to existing features

  1. Optimisation: Information reasoning provided when orders are dropped from manifest.

Bug fixes

  1. If pickup date is changed, the delivery date should now be synchronised.

Release v2.30 (7th March 2025)


Web Updates

Manifest Page:
  1. Added Driver Timetable window under "Driver" in the Manifest Details section. Displays “No timetable” in red if not Timetable is set for the driver.
  2. The number of Manifests displayed is now persisted.
  3. The “Summary” button now includes both PDF & Excel options.
  4. Manifest date cannot be changed once a Manifest is completed.
  5. Removed "Bulk orders update" button.
  6. Various customer changes.
  7. Driver start at depot and return to depot times now included in manifest with orders.
Live Map updates:
  1. Gantt order bubbles showing correct positions based on driver required start time to arrive at 1st order on time.
  2. Gantt order bubbles now showing downtime between orders.
  3. Gantt order bubbles now showing breaks for OptimisationPro users.
  4. Editing completed Manifests is blocked for orders in a terminal state.
Settings & Order Management:
  1. Added Default Order Type setting when creating a new order. Default order type must be set.
  2. Pickup & delivery times now use default settings. Default times must be set.
  3. Export button renamed to ePOD, only shown when an order is on a manifest.

Backend Updates

Manifest Page:
  1. Ordermentum Integration:
    1. Added Product_weight field to order items.
  2. Route Optimisation:
    1. Added a configuration section to define optimisation strategies and preferences.
  3. OptimisationPro:
    1. Fixed sequence optimisation issues.

Bug Fixes & Improvements:
  1. Fresho import issue where manually set addresses in SolBox were overridden.
  2. Consignment Note text overlapping qty/location fields.
