Steps to Change the Delivery Date of Orders
There are times when the delivery date for an order needs to be updated after it's already in the system—whether due to customer requests, driver availability, or unexpected delays. SolBox allows you to manually update the delivery date directly from the order details, ensuring that your logistics schedule stays accurate and up to date.
Steps to Change the Delivery Date of Orders
From the main dashboard, navigate to the Orders section.
Select the Order(s) to Modify
Once you've selected an order, open the General tab in the order details pane.
In the Delivery Date field, click to open the calendar and select the new date.
After selecting the desired date, click Save to apply the update.
