Whats are Zones?

Zones are custom areas on the map that you can define to support routing, allocation, and operational visibility. They help organise your delivery areas, allow you to allocate orders based on visually defined map regions, and make it easier to understand how different areas are being managed.

Zones can be used to:

  • Support run planning and allocation
  • Allocate orders based on areas
  • Group customers into regions
  • Define delivery boundaries
  • Track performance in specific operational areas



Using Zones in Daily Operations
