How to Login to the SolBox Mobile App

The SolBox mobile app is designed for drivers to manage their deliveries, check orders, and update their status on the go. This article explains the steps for logging into the SolBox mobile app and provides an overview of the key features available once logged in.

Important Note: Before proceeding, ensure that your device has an active internet connection (data) and that Location Services or GPS is turned on. This will ensure that the app can send and receive data accurately, including your real-time location.

1. Open the SolBox Mobile App: Launch the SolBox app on your device.

2. Enter Your Account Details: On the login screen, you’ll be prompted to enter your account name, username, and password.

• Be Mindful of Special Characters: Make sure there are no extra spaces or special characters when typing your credentials. Incorrect spaces or special characters may cause login issues.
  

3. Tap Login: After entering your details, tap the "Login" button to access the app.

Once you’ve successfully logged in, you’ll see the main interface with several icons at the bottom of the screen. These icons allow you to easily navigate the app and access different features.

Key Icons:

1. Home Icon:

   • The home icon takes you to the main dashboard where you can access two key buttons: Checks and Orders.
     • Checks: Tap this to see the QR code, asset details, and to add your license.
     • Orders: Tap this to view a list of orders that have been assigned to you for delivery.

2. List Icon: Allows you to access the list view for orders and additional options.

3. Route Icon: Provides access to your active routes and navigation tools.

4. Cog Wheel Icon:

   • The cog wheel icon is where you can find information about your account and app settings.
     

Accessing Account Settings and App Information

Tap the Cog Wheel Icon to access the following features:

• Account Information: Here, you can view your account name and username.
• Device Version: Check the version of the app installed on your device.
• Store Version: View the version of the app available on the app store.
• Navigation Map: The map used for navigation is also listed here.

Additionally, the cog wheel icon allows you to:

• Log Out: Tap to log out of the app.
• Clear Local Storage: This option clears the app's local data and refreshes the app for improved performance.
