How to Bold or Highlight Text in Connote PDFs

SolBox allows you to bold or highlight specific words in Consignment Note PDF documents (Pickup/Delivery) using the PDF Options settings. This feature is useful for drawing attention to key information such as references, instructions, or important labels.

Steps to Bold or Highlight Text in Connote PDFs

1. Navigate to the Settings section in the main menu.


2. Within Settings, click on the Order tab to view all order-related configuration options.


3. Scroll all the way down to the PDF Options section. Locate the option labeled: “Use Customer Reference in Consignment Notes”
(This setting allows you to use the Customer Reference instead of the SolBox Order ID in Connote PDFs.)


4. Just below that, you'll see a field labeled: “Highlight words in PDF document” In this box, enter the words or phrases you want to automatically bold or highlight in the generated PDF files. Then Save


Once saved, the system will automatically bold or highlight any matching words in the Connote PDF documents during generation.
