Load Configuration


Load Configuration  allows you to define, track, and calculate various load types moved through pickup and delivery workflows. It is useful for returnable assets such as crates, pallets, drums, and similar items.



When enabled, each Load Type can be counted with a driver action via Load Options:
Deduct – when the item is dropped off (e.g. delivering full pallets).
Add – when the item is collected (e.g. collecting empty crates).
Record – when no adjustment is made but the count is noted (e.g. recording kegs remaining on-site).

Calculations can be applied at:
Pickup
Delivery
Service
Pickup–Delivery

Below are steps on how to setup Load Configuration:

Setting Load Types


Go to Settings then Load Configuration
Click Add Load Type
Enter Name
Set Default Qty (Initial number of inventory)
Tick Show on Tables
Click Save




Setting Load Options


1. Click Add Load Option
2. Enter Name
3. Choose Order Type where it appears



Select Calculation: Add, Deduct, or None
Click Save
