This article outlines the minimum system requirements for using SolBox SmartMove Web and the SolBox Driver App.

SmartMove Web App Requirements

To access the SmartMove web portal, users require a modern internet browser with the latest updates installed. The SmartMove web application is not suitable for use on phones and smaller tablets.

Internet Requirements

  • Stable broadband or 4G/5G connection

SolBox Driver App Requirements

  • Minimum storage required: 46 MB

  • Available on the Apple App Store

🤖 Android

  • Android version: TBA (awaiting final confirmation)

  • Minimum storage requirement pending

  • Is available on the Google Play Store

Device Recommendations

For Web Users (Dispatchers, Planners, CS Team)

  • Modern laptop or desktop (Windows or Mac)

  • Minimum 8GB RAM

  • Large display (recommended 24”+) for routing and maps

For Drivers

  • Smartphone with:

    • GPS enabled

    • Camera access (for POD photos)

    • Background data allowed

    • Sufficient battery capacity for full-day operations (power banks or in cab chargers recommended for long shifts)
