Overview
The Reports page in the SolBox platform allows users to generate various operational reports based on order, manifest, and tracking data. Administrators and dispatchers can use this section to extract information for monitoring, analysis, or record-keeping purposes.
In the example shown, the user is selecting from several report types and has the option to apply a date range filter before exporting the report.

Report Selection
Displays a dropdown list of available reports. Users can choose from:
• All Orders – Provides a detailed list of all orders.
• Grouped Manifest Item Summary – Summarises items grouped by manifest.
• Tare Tracking – Tracks tare weights for operational purposes.
• Label – Generates printable labels.
• XDoc Con Note Report – Generates a consignment note export.
Date Range Filter (Optional)
Allows users to specify a start and end date for the report.
• Tick the Date Range box to enable.
• Select From date and To date using the calendar icon.
Export Button
After selecting a report (and date range if required), click Export to generate and download the report.
Purpose
The Reports section provides quick access to transport and logistics data, allowing operational teams to review activities, support compliance, generate documentation, and monitor performance across the business.
